Happy Monday!

We are in full swing here at LCHS! I hope you and your students are taking advantage of all the activities our school has to offer! The campus is buzzing.

We invite you to join us for our PTSA Meeting this Thursday, September 19th at 8:45 am in the Staff Lounge. You will hear updates from our Principal, Mr. Paszkiewicz, School Board Member, Dan Jeffries, PTA updates as well as hear from a sleep expert, Melissa Moore. Please join us for our Tailgate festivities this Friday, September 20th at 5:00pm by the Football field. Enjoy a burger, hear the Band, and see the Pep Squad! We will have more Spirit Wear for sale. It's a spirited event and everyone is welcome!

PTSA Meeting Sept. 19: Don't Miss This Speaker!

Are your kids always TIRED now that school has started? International sleep expert, Dr. Melisa Moore, will speak at our PTSA meeting on September 19th.

College and Career Center Score Day!

The C3 team has been hard at work planning for the C3 Scoir Day of Events!

1) Lunchtime - Scoir Game Day in front of the North Gym (Grades 9-12th)

2) 5:30pm - Senior App Lab in the Auditorium (Grade 12 and parents/guardians only) - FREE BBQ!!! Chef Zichella is making pulled pork sandwiches! Kelly, myself, and the C3 leaders will also be cooking and baking!

3) 6:3pm - College 101 in the Auditorium (All grades and parent/guardians)

Tailgate Pre-order Meals - Deadline is Sept. 16!

Upcoming Fundraisers

Support our teachers by purchasing items on their Amazon Wish List! Each teacher has created a list of basic items that they need for their classroom to make their day-to-day job easier. All purchased items will be shipped directly to the school, removed from the wish list and the teacher will be notified that it was purchased. Spartan Order Form is Open!

With a new year comes the Spartan Order Form, where you can donate, volunteer and purchase your PTSA membership, Directory, Home Tour Sponsorship, Tailgate tickets and Spirit Wear.

The funding sources that comprise the annual PTSA budget are from donations you choose to make on this form. LCHS PTSA relies on our school families to donate, either to our PTSA directed funds or as Sponsors of the annual La Canada Home Tour. YOUR student and YOUR school are counting on you. Please check it out!

You can access it on our website at www.lchsptsa.org and once you have created your account you can click the Spartan Order Form link on the left side of the page. Instructions to set up your account are on the website home page.
