President's Message

Dear Family,

As we embark on this (much needed) Thanksgiving Break and reflect on many things which we are thankful for, I want to share a few of them with you: We are thankful for the devotion, care and dedication of our teachers who day after day enrich the lives of our children. We are appreciative of the leadership of our dedicated Superintendent, Wendy Sinnette, our principal, Mr. Paszkiewicz, and our hardworking staff who go above and beyond to make our school one of a kind. We are grateful for the support of our parents who enthusiastically contribute so much of their time and energy to our school every week. Together, we see these dedicated individuals coming together to form an incredible community making a difference in our schools and in our children's lives. I am humbled and honored to be a part of this beautiful community.

Founders' Day Nominations Open on Nov. 1

PTAs throughout California give Founders Day awards "in special recognition of outstanding service to children and youth."

The LCHS 9-12 PTSA Founders Day Awards celebrate the achievements and dedication of LCHS staff members, parent volunteers, and community members.

If you'd like to recognize a deserving teacher, staff member, parent, or community member who has gone above and beyond in their service to the school, please complete the nomination form - found by clicking here.

The awards will be presented at the District office on March 13th, 2024.

An Easy Way to Help Our Teachers!

Support our teachers by purchasing items on their Amazon Wish List! Each teacher has created a list of basic items that they need for their classroom to make their day-to-day job easier. All purchased items will be shipped directly to the school, removed from the wish list and the teacher will be notified that it was purchased.
